    Colleen Sherman

Born in Maine and raised in upstate New York, I later earned my BA in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida in Orlando.
My early career took me to Disney World and Marriott before I settled in Colorado, where I've lived for the past 35 years in communities including Washington Park, Castle Pines, Highlands Ranch, and now Sterling Ranch.
I share my home with my fiancée, my 24-year-old daughter, my 20-year-old son, two golden retrievers, and five adopted cats. Since 2017, I've been dedicated to fostering cats and have helped save more than 500 lives.
Coming from a large family and growing up surrounded by grandparents, siblings, and stories from older generations, I've always had a deep love and respect for seniors. My grandmother's experience with Alzheimer's further shaped my passion for supporting families during important transitions. I've worked in senior placement for over 10 years and have owned Assisted Living Advisors of Colorado since 2019. Helping families find the perfect home for their loved ones is not just my profession- it’s my calling.

    Alisa Felin

Alisa grew up in the small town of Fountain Hills, Arizona, where she witnessed firsthand the devotion it takes to care for an aging loved one. Her family lovingly supported and nurtured her grandfather until his passing at the age of 98. Watching her mother and aunts navigate his care, happiness, and well-being deeply shaped her understanding of aging and planted the seeds for her future career. She came to recognize that while many families wish to care for loved ones at home, not all have the resources or support to do so alone. Alisa earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication and Sociology from Arizona State University. She was a professional cheerleader with a lifelong passion for dance and had the honor of traveling throughout the Mediterranean to perform for U.S. Military members with Cheerleaders of America. After meeting her husband, Alisa moved to Colorado, where she spent 20 years as a children’s dance instructor while raising their three children. She also served as a preschool teaching assistant for five years before being offered an opportunity to “bring joy” to seniors as an Activities Director for assisted living and memory care communities. Her role quickly expanded. Alisa became Director of Sales and later a Licensed Administrator, combining her leadership skills with her passion for serving older adults. Working with seniors brought her back to the cherished memories of her grandfather — valuing their stories, honoring their wisdom, and recognizing the growing need for compassionate, quality care. Today, Alisa is committed to helping seniors and their families navigate the transition into the next chapter of life. She strives not only to help families find the right home, but also to serve as a trusted guide offering resources, expertise, and heartfelt support to ensure each move is made with confidence and peace of mind.
